With the official launch of our research department, we are humbled and privileged to have a team of expert, experienced and research active researchers who have contributed to ground-breaking areas primarily dealing with Emotional Literacy and Intelligence. The research team is currently working on exciting projects that can bring a pedagogical shift into the way school teachers work with students. One of our primary focuses is also on the use of technology to support teachers and students in choosing their emotions and help individuals with social mobility.

Dr Richard Majors (Senior Fellow)
Psychologist, PhD, HCPC - Couns. Psych.

My Primary mission is to provide services that address the psychological and mental health needs of children, adults and families from both mainstream groups and multicultural communities, who have been historically under-represented in gaining access to mental health or excluded altogether to services because of their race, gender, class, sexual orientation or disability. Dr Majors is a former Clinical Fellow and Post Doctorate at Harvard Medical School. He is also an honorary professor, counselling psychologist and a Fellow for the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a registered counselling psychologist HCPC.

In 2016 he was also shortlisted, for the Medical Livewire Global Award for his work in the field of psychology. Dr Majors was honoured for his outstanding work in the field of psychology and was bestowed with the prestigious award from Medical Live Wire: "Psychology Professional of The Year", 2018. In 2019, he received the Expert Witness Award from Lawyer Monthly Magazine, in recognition of his specialised knowledge and experience within the area of Trans-cultural Psychology.

I have been in the field of Neuroscience for the past 36 years and have mentored over a million individuals from age 5 to mature adults. I am also an author of over 20 books, e-books & journals and my specialty is motivating young people.

The key areas of my interest are:

  • Neuro Learning Programme
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • And anything to do with children who struggle with their studies by helping them in lifting their grades beyond the expectation

I have over 30 years experience in the education, training and social care sector. She holds a PhD in Education (Social Science), MA Equal Opportunity, Diploma Social Work/Higher Education, and BTEC Business & Finance.

I believe in designing dynamic tailor-made professional programmes where core values of trust, equality, respect, well-being, dignity, and realising potential can be successfully achieved.

Dr. Muhammad K Rehman(Research Fellow)

I am an experienced Business Studies Lecturer, my educational and professional background has allowed me to develop the strategies and skill needed to effectively fulfilmy role in higher education.

I possess a Doctorate in Business and a Master of Business Administration degree and have a strong understanding of practices and processes relating to all areas of business operations, from financial management to inventory control.In addition, I spent (approx.) 13 years in the business field, working in areas of operations, at HSBC Bank in Mortgages, loans, Collections, and Financial Ombudsmen.

My research interest primarily focuses on the Comparative study of cultural differences affecting educational practices across borders. This interest has enlightened me with the beauty of transformation within the education sector amongst strong cultures such as British culture and Saudi culture.

I am a student-focused, results-driven Dean/Senior Education Manager and Advisor with proven success delivering exceptional academic and operational success and spearheading initiatives to assure quality, compliance, and improved institutional outcomes. Exceedingly accurate and organised, adept and creating partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and managing complex projects from conception to completion.

I am a motivational team player and effective leader who believes in excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation as an essential part of teamwork.

My research interest lies primarily in studies related to emotional intelligence, psychology, behaviour, general and educational leadership. I love to study the positive and negative impacts of technology and the use of technology to solve problems.
